Designed by Keith Crandall, the drum fillers manufactured by CRANDALL INTERNATIONAL are used on 5 continents to fill food, chemical and petroleum products and close open and closed top drums. CI drum fillers will provide your operations with accurate and easy to maintain machines to fill and close all size drums.
CRANDALL INTERNATIONAL drum filling machines are designed for filling liquid and semi-liquid products into 20 liter, 50 liter, 100 liter, and 205 liter drums; as well as totes. We also offer drum crimpers, bung tightening tools, and sealing tools for drums.
These drum fillers are capable of filling foaming and non-foaming; food,chemical and petroleum products .

ADVANTAGES OF FILLING BY WEIGHT (GRAVIMETRIC FILLING)
Accuracy: Electronic digital scales and Fast-Flow/Slow-Flow provides accuracy of better than 1/10 of 1% of target fills.
Speed: For most products, 205 liter (55 gallon) drums are able to be filled at a rate of 60 drums per hour.
Versatility: Machines are capable of filling foaming or non-foaming products. Both low and high viscosity products can be filled on the same machine. The systems can be used for filling containers of different sizes.
Durability: Strong, welded steel, construction and easy maintenance will provied many years of service.

CRANDALL INTERNATIONAL can provide bung closing tools, bung sealing tools, and conveyors to complete the drum filling line.
We can also provied crimpers for 50 liter/16 gallon drums with lug covers.
